An elegant and refreshing Pinot Noir based Sparkling carefully blended from our barrel aged reserves with a mellow and wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices. Great with canapes or as a celebratory toast but also pairs really well with fruits and cheeses.
