These round brioche rolls are wonderfully sweet and soft, with a tempting looking glazed top. Generous amounts of egg in this recipe make these brioche rolls rich, light, puffy and buttery, with just enough sweetness and a super golden crust. Made in Yorkshire at Fosters Bakery.
