A smooth, ready to use UHT product, which on heating and subsequent cooling, sets to give a delicious, rich crème brulee. Delicious, creamy and easy-to-use, simply heat, chill and serve; finished with a caramelised sugary top. Made using non-hydrogenated oil and free from artificial colours and flavours. Once made will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days - perfect for portion control and preparing in advance. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Packaged in FSC Tetra Pak cartons, once used please recycle. Each carton is 1 litre, providing 8 x 125ml portions.
