Millac Gold whips up to three times its original volume, which is 50% more than dairy creams, and has a longer storage life.Tastes as good as fresh cream with consistent results in cooking. Use this double cream alternative to thicken a butter chicken curry sauce, or whisk together with mascarpone, caster sugar and Marsala wine to make a tiramisu. It does not split when used in cooking and reduces just like dairy cream, making this an ideal product for those busy chefs when time is precious.
