Frozen cakes now look and taste just as good as freshly homemade cakes, giving caterers more flexibility in their dessert offerings. To defrost just remove all packaging and leave it in a refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Pre-portioned into 16 slices for ease of serving and better portion control. 1.7kg catering bulk boxes.
