Pidy mini choux pastry eclairs are hand-mixed the traditional way using butter, fresh whole eggs and Pidy's select grade of pastry flour. To serve, fill with our Patisserie Cream and cover with Dark Belgian Chocolate Sauce. One bottle of chocolate sauce will do 2 boxes x 80 Mini Eclairs. There are 80 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 6cm long, 3cm wide and 2.5cm in height.
