Vegware Fairtrade White Sugar Stick Sachets
Another Vegware innovation! White Fairtrade sugar wrapped in the first compostable wrap. Most sugar sticks use paper with an oil-based PE plastic lining. The plastic lining is there so that the package can be heat sealed, keeping the sugar in. Vegware's plant-based coating means that these sugar sticks can be recycled either with dry paper, or composted with food waste.
You can't recycle food with plastic in it, and you can't recycle plastic with food on it. Moving to compostable catering disposables means that food and packaging waste can be recycled together, providing the only true recycling solution for zero waste and plastic free in foodservice.
