McDougalls Fish Batter Mix
For the best results, mix in with cold water and chill for at least an hour before using (to make traditional beer batter use beer instead of water. For a flavoured batter add spices like cumin, curry powder, cinnamon, paprika and nutmeg. Try dipping the fish in seasoned flour before battering it to give it even more coating. FSA 2012 school compliant. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 172 x 57g portions.
