Callebaut Chocolate Sticks for Baking 8cm
Callebaut dark Belgian chocolate batons that are rich in cocoa and solid in taste. Minimum 45% cocoa solids. With their special recipe, containing less cocoa butter, these baking sticks resist oven temperatures up to 200C without burning. Perfect for making Pain au Chocolat, Danish and buns or can be chopped to make dark bakestable chocolate chips. Kosher Certified. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each stick is 8cm long. Each catering pack is 1.6kg and contains approximately 300 sticks. There are 6 packs in each wholesale case.
