Homestyle chocolate mousse made with 58.5% Callebaut Finest Belgian white chocolate. The rich texture is perfect for piping in glasses and scooping 'quenelles' on dessert plates. Ideal for chefs, caterers and chocolatiers. Simply mix the 800g bag of powder with 1 litre of milk to make enough mousse for 36 x 50g servings.
