This is a very attractive mini tartlet for the finger buffet, made from melt-in-the-mouth shortcrust pastry. Who could resist them, when filled with your tasty fillings. The product can be used straight from the pack, and does not have to be re-heated before use. Can be frozen after filling. Made with free range eggs. Type of pastry: Pressed shortcrust dough, providing excellent moisture resistance. There are 240 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 3.6cm in diameter and 1.4cm in height.
