Pidy Tartelette Straight Sided Tartlets 7cm
These blind baked straight sided tartlets are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste, and suitable for hot or cold savoury fillings. It can be re-baked for quiches at 180C for 8-10 minutes. Made with free range eggs. Moisture resistant. French Name on Box: Tartelette Feuillet. There are 90 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 6.8cm in diameter and 2cm in height.
