Pidy Small Blind Baked Quiche Cases 8.5cm
These small blind baked pastry cases are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste and have a crunchy texture. They are suitable for cold or hot savoury fillings, especially quiches. Made according to the Dutch method and moisture resistant. Can be frozen after filling. It can be re-baked for quiches at 180C for 8-10 minutes. French Name on Box: Quiche Feuilletee. There are 72 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 8.5cm in diameter.
