Pidy Low Sided Blind Baked Quiche Cases 11cm

These low-sided blink baked tartlet, pie or quiche neutral pastry cases are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste and crunchy texture. They are suitable for cold or hot savoury fillings, especially quiches. It is a shallower equivalent of the 11cm Blind Baked Pie Case, but only 25mm deep instead of 36mm. They are hand-made at a different bakery, and although this makes them more expensive than the 11cm Blind Baked Pie Case, this will be compensated by the reduced amount of filling required. Can be frozen after filling. It can be re-baked for quiches at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes. Type of pastry: foncage feuillete. There are 48 pieces in each pack. Each piece is 11cm in diameter and 2.5cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
