Pidy Large Quiche Cases 18cm in Aluminium Tray
These large blind baked tartlet, quiche or pie pastry cases are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste, and especially suitable for quiches. They are delivered complete with aluminium foil trays to bake them in. Can be frozen after filling. They can be re-baked for quiches at 180C for approx 30 minutes. Type of pastry: foncage feuillete. There are 10 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 18cm in diameter and 3.2cm in height.
