Pidy Sweet All Butter Shortcrust Fluted Tartlets 22cm
A very popular product made from gently rolled all butter shortcrust dough to create a round shaped fluted pastry case with a delicious crispy and crunchy structure. Made at the Pidy bakery in Halluin, northern France. Brilliant for making pies for desserts such as apple and various fruit based pies. Made with real butter and free range eggs. There are 10 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 22cm in diameter and 2.3cm in height.
