Made at the Pidy bakery in Halluin, northern France. Brilliant for making pies or savoury tarts. Type of Pastry: Neutral Shortcrust. French Name on Box: Sables 8.5cm Neutre MB. There are 135 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 8.5cm in diameter and 1.5cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm. Product will arrive defrosted and ready to use.
