Made at the Pidy bakery in Halluin, northern France. Brilliant for making pies for desserts such as apple and various fruit based pies. Made with real butter and free range eggs. Moisture resistant. Type of pastry: shortcrust sweet. French name on box: 72 Sables Straight Sided 11cm Butter. There are 72 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 11cm in diameter and 1.8cm in height.
