Pidy Neutral Wholemeal Quiche Cases 11cm
These wholemeal baked tartlet, pie or quiche neutral pastry cases are made with pressed puff pastry (rough-puff) of neutral taste and crunchy texture. They are suitable for cold or hot savoury fillings, especially quiches. It can be re-baked for quiches at 170C for 25-30 minutes. Perfect also for savoury pies - simply add a cooked filling and re-heat. Can be topped with cooked, sliced potato or mash, or you could separately bake lids from frozen puff pastry sheets. Can be frozen after filling. Type of pastry: Foncage feuillete. There are 42 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 11cm in diameter and 4cm in height.
