Pidy Tellines Fluted Sweet Butter Shells
These sweet fluted tellines are ideal for use with either hot or cold fillings. The pastry is particularly sweet and so can only be used with sweet fillings. Can be frozen after filling. Made with free range eggs. For example, they can be used with a vanilla cream filling and dusted with sugar to make mini Crème Brûlée. Type of pastry: Shortcrust Sweet Butter. There are 120 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 4.5cm in diameter and 1.5cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
