Pidy Mini Square Vol au Vent
These ready to fill mini vol au vents are made with very light puff pastry to the French method. Airy with a buttery flavour. Technically innovative and hugely creative, these vol au vents are perfect for creating inspiring canape creations. They may be used with hot or cold fillings. For optimum results with cold fillings, they should be refreshed in an oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees then allowed to cool before filling. Can be frozen after filling. French Name on Box: Mini Carre. There are 96 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 3.2cm long, 3.2cm wide and 2.3cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
