These ready to fill vol au vents are made with very light puff pastry to the French method. Technically innovative and hugely creative, these vol au vents are perfect for creating inspiring canape creations. They may be used with hot or cold fillings. For optimum results with cold fillings, they should be refreshed in an oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees then allowed to cool before filling. Can be frozen after filling. Type of dough: Neutral. French Name on Box: Zakouski. There are 480 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 3.3cm in diameter and 2.2cm in height.
