Ready to fill sweet shortcrust vegan fluted pastry cases with a crispy texture. Made from a carefully developed plant-based recipe that uses responsibly sourced margarine, the pastry case has the same crisp, golden finish and 'buttery' flavour of the Pidy's signature classic sweet sablee shortcrust lines. There are 108 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 9.5cm in diameter and 1.7cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
