Delivering a fantastic balance of flavour, this stock can be added at any point in the cooking process to poach, season, braise, rub, blend or dust onto your dishes. No declarable allergens and meets 2017 DOH salt targets. Suitable for coeliacs. Each catering tub is 800g, providing approximately 50 litres.
