This gluten free stock mix tastes just like a traditionally made stock and contains well balanced levels of seasoning and fat. Simply add the mix to boiling water and stir. Delivering a fantastic balance of flavour, this stock can be added at any point in the cooking process to poach, season, braise, rub, blend or dust onto your dishes. Suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians. Each catering tub is 800g and makes approximately 50 litres. There are 2 tubs in each wholesale case.
