Stock paste is highly concentrated meaning that it produces richer, fuller flavours compared to powdered mixes. Simply dissolve in boiling water and stir. Use in sauces, soups, risottos or brushed onto chicken for a deliciously intense chicken flavour. Each case makes approximatley 50 litres.
