A korma sauce combining cream and coconut with a mild blend of spices. Simple to use, just add cooked meat, fish or vegetables as desired, heat and serve. Bain marie stable and meets DH 2012 salt targets. No MSG added, no artificial colours and no added artificial preservatives. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Each catering jar is 2.2L.
