This smooth and creamy sauce is very versatile and can also be used as a base for creating other sauces like Mornay sauce. Bain marie stable, no added MSG, no artificial colours and no preservatives. Meets DH 2012 salt targets. Suitable for vegetarians. Each catering tub is 800g, providing 5L of sauce.
