It can be used for all meats as stuffing balls, tray baked, as a coating for chicken breats, or even as a seasoning, flavouring or thickener. Try adding 2 chopped rashers of crispy cooked bacon to the stuffing mix and use for a topping or filling for cheese covered chicken breasts. Contains no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colours, preservatives and no added MSG. Suitable for vegetarians. Each pack is 2.5kg and makes approximately 250 portions.
