Deep frozen, fresh giganti pasta filled with ricotta cheese and asparagus, as part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. Serve with a melted cheese sauce with courgettes or with scampi & a squeeze of lemon. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. At least 5 barn eggs are used per kilo of flour, to give the dough its vivid yellow colour. Each piece is 7.2cm long, 5.8cm wide and weighs 26g. Each pack is 3kg and provides 23 servings.
