Deep frozen, fresh cannelloni pasta tubes stuffed with a classically rich filling of ricotta cheese and spinach, as part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. Top with tomato or bechamel sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and then bake in the oven to create a great dish for your customers to enjoy. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. At least 5 barn eggs are used per kilo of flour, to give the dough its vivid yellow colour. Each piece is 12cm long, 3.8cm wide and weighs 60g. Each pack is 3kg, containing 50 pieces which would provide 25 servings.
