Deep frozen, fresh grantortellone pasta filled with real pieces of porcini mushroom and ricotta cheese, as part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. Serve with a creamy cheese sauce with fried pancetta or drizzled with truffle oil and grated pecorino cheese. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. At least 5 barn eggs are used per kilo of flour, to give the dough its vivid yellow colour. Each piece is 4.5cm long, 3.7cm wide and weighs 15.3g. Each pack is 3kg and provides 22 servings.
