Surgital Frozen Lunette Four Cheese Pasta
Deep frozen, fresh lunette pasta filled with a rich mix of four classic Italian cheeses: Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Grana Padano and Robiola. Part of Surgital's Laboratorio Tortellini range. All Laboratorio Tortellini's expertly deep-frozen pastas are made using durum wheat semolina to ensure the pasta keeps its firmness when cooked. At least 5 barn eggs are used per kilo of flour, to give the dough its vivid yellow colour. Each piece is 4cm wide and weighs 8.3g. Each pack is 3kg and provides 21 servings.
