Organic White Wine Vinegar produced from the wine of specially selected Organic white grapes. A truly superior white wine vinegar with a clean, crisp flavour and a deliciously refreshing zingy fruit aroma. Reminiscent in colour to a good white wine, this vinegar makes it perfect for use in sauces such as Hollandaise. For dressings, sauces and marinades. Soil Association certified organic. Aspall has an unrivalled organic hertigae and in 1946 was a founder member of the Soil Assocation. Bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Acidity 6%. Glass bottles, please recycle once used. Each bottle is 350ml. There are 6 in each catering pack.
