It is produced by the Wilkin family locally in Tiptree, Essex who have farmed there for nearly three hundred years, using a brilliant blend of Chinese Acacia & Fennel honey. These 28g mini jars (sometimes referred to as 1oz portion pots) are ideal for use in cafes, hotels or restaurants as they are the perfect serving size, they reduce waste and allow for better portion control.
