Heinz Malt Vinegar Sachets

This English favorite is manufactured from malt syrup that has been fermented to a malt 'beer'. Its pungent, full-bodied flavour makes it particularly good on seafood dishes, like fish and chips, or on meat, macaroni and bean salads or try peeling a cucumber, slice it thin and soak it in a bowl of malt vinegar, and put a few slices of the cucumber between two pieces of buttered bread and cut into quarters, for an authentic teatime snack.
