Raspberries are left to ripen on the cane, raspberries unlike many other fruit does not continue to ripen once picked. A perfect ingredient or filling for a variety of deserts, raspberries produce great tasting juice & puree. Supplied in 300g punnets to protect the fruits from breaking into smaller pieces.
