Fresh British pork loin steaks which have been deboned and are approximately 170g in size. Pork steaks can be cooked in a variety of ways including barbecue, grilled, baked, or stir fried. This pork is sourced soley in the UK. Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each steak is approximately 170g, there are 5 steaks in this pack. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
