Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each piece is approximately 227g, there are 2 escalopes in this pack. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
