Fresh British Unsmoked Gammon Joint

Fresh, cured, unsmoked British pork gammon which has been boned, rolled and netted. This gammon has been sourced solely in the UK. Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. By working closely with local farmers and abattoirs, our butcher offers consistency in quality, insisting on only the highest levels of animal welfare and sustainability. Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each pack contains a single 2.5 kg joint. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
