Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each pack is 2kg. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
