Fresh large sized whole British chicken. Poultry sourced solely in the UK. Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each pack contains a single 1.7 kg chicken. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
