Freshly prepared boneless shin of British beef. This beef shin has been de-boned, rolled and then netted before finally being vacuum sealed to help preserve its freshness and taste. Meat sourced solely in the UK. Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
