Fresh British Sirloin Steak

Fresh cuts of British Sirloin beef which has been trimmed into approximately 250-280g steaks. These Sirloin steaks have been sourced solely in the UK. Our local butcher started his business out of a desire to provide chefs with a bespoke service responding to their individual needs; underpinned by top quality and fully traceable fresh meats. By working closely with local farmers and abattoirs, our butcher offers consistency in quality, insisting on only the highest levels of animal welfare and sustainability. Their passion for providing restaurant quality meats and poultry has seen them grow to one of the most trusted suppliers in the South East. Packed in a food grade polystyrene tray and vacuum sealed, like in the supermarkets, to preserve its freshness and taste. Each pack contains a single 250-280g steak. The butcher cuts and packs the meat bespoke to each order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on fresh meat orders.
