Select Aperitivo

Select is made by carefully blending a total of 30 different botanicals, including juniper berries for their balsamic and floral characteristics with rhubarb root which provides intensely bitter notes for balance. It is the original recipe of the Pilla distilleries found in the Castello district of Venice, Italy. Select is the essential ingredient for making the classic Venetian Spritz. The Alcohol by Volume (ABV) for this aperitif is 17.5%. Glass bottles, once used please recycle. Each bottle contains 70cl. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
