A Bolognese pasta sauce with tomato, onion and garlic, and added vitamins C and D from Homepride. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, this ready-made sauce provides one of your five a day per portion as well as a source of fibre. This product is a great base sauce for lasagnes or pasta sauces and there are 2 x 2.25 kg jars in a wholesale case. For a classic Bolognese use a 50/50 mix of mince beef and lean pork or, for a plant-based option, use lentils or chopped mushrooms.
