Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
A concentrated soya-based sauce with an array of spices, sesame and chilli peppers. An excellent barbecue marinade, and perfect for adding a hint of sweetness in savoury stir-fry dishes. Often used as the dressing sauce in Aromatic Crispy Duck pancakes and can be mixed with Chilli Garlic Paste to make sweet and spicy "Kung Pao" Chicken. Suitable for vegan diets. Each 2.45kg (1.8 litre) bottle contains approximately 50, 40g portions.
