Frozen uncooked formed skinless, boneless haddock fillet pieces enrobed in a bubbly batter, flash fried. Haddock is a white sea-fish that is a member of the cod family. It is subject to the same problems of over-fishing as cod, so make sure you only choose sustainably sourced products. Second only to cod in popularity, haddock is a much smaller fish than cod with a sweeter flavour. There are 24 individually quick frozen pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is approximately 110 - 140g.
