The Fiordiprimi vegetable lasagne layers fresh egg pasta with courgettes, carrots, celery, aubergines, asparagus, potatoes, tomato and onion in a mushroom sauce. This delicious pasta dish is deep-frozen to lock in taste and quality and can be cooked from frozen. Each wholesale case contains 2 x 2.5kg lasagnes, with a recommended serving of 250g per portion. Each lasagne can feed ten people and is topped with Grated Grana Padano cheese.
