This is a premium frozen mushroom lasagne from Surgital, perfect for bringing fresh, Italian pasta to your kitchen. The Fiordiprimi lasagne contains five different mushrooms (porcini, meadow, shiitake, oyster and pholiota) in a creamy sauce, topped with Grana Padano cheese. This dish is deep-frozen to lock in taste and quality and can be cooked from frozen. Each 2.5kg mushroom lasagne has a recommended serving of 250g per portion. Each lasagne can feed ten people and has an 80% filling to pasta ratio.
